Ceremonial passing out of 13th batch pre-sea cadets held at IMA permanent campus. Special Guest was the Mr. Mohammed Yousuf, Senior Secretary, Ministry of Shipping and Guest of Honour Commodore Mohammad Maksud Alam, Director General, Department of Shipping. Ceremonial march past was followed by oath taking, cap throwing and a cake cutting ceremony. The event was covered by local print and electronic media. 79 cadets were passed out and so far, 843 cadets have graduated from the academy. This batch is the second batch to be affiliated with Bangladesh Maritime University undergraduate programme.
