On August 2017, Department of shipping, Bangladesh has arranged international seminar strategies for professional development of seafarers in global shipping. The chief guest was HE Kitack Lim, Secretary General, International Maritime Organization. Haque & Sons Ltd was one of the sponsors of this event. Our Principal MOLCT, VSHIPS & OSM attended the event as key note speakers. Capt. Zaki Ahad, Commandant of international Maritime Academy was the moderator in afternoon session. More than two hundred attended the seminar from govt body and the private sector. The seminar was arranged to bring dynamic employers from all over the world in an effort to increase employment of the Bangladeshi seafarers.
