Take Over Vessel "M.V. Mackinac Bridge" February 2018, K-LINE Bangladeshi Officers took over 14,000 TEUS 1st Japan Flag Ultra-Large Containership (ULCS). This beautiful lady Mackinac Bridge is the first delivery vessel of the Ultra Large Carrier for K line fleet. Tokyo-based Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) took delivery of the 14,000-TEU at Imabari Shipbuilding Company's Hiroshima Shipyard in Japan. "K" Line has a total of five ULCSs scheduled for delivery this year, which would bring its total to 10 units. This is the largest Container vessel that Bangladeshi officers are managing and next Ultra Large Container Ship delivery is schedule in June 2018 where the full Bangladeshi compliment will be working onboard the vessel.
